Refund & Cancellation policy

1. No Refunds

All bookings made through Aala Stays are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in travel plans
  • Illness or other personal reasons
  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date
  • Early departure after check-in
  • Any other unforeseen events or circumstances

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to our strict no-refund policy, cancellations are not permitted. If you decide to cancel your reservation, no refund will be issued, and the full amount of the booking will be charged.

3. Modifications to Booking

We understand that plans can change, and we may, at our sole discretion, allow modifications to your booking, such as changes to your check-in or check-out dates. However, such modifications are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other extraordinary events beyond your control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative solutions such as a credit towards a future stay. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any such credit will be non-transferable and valid for a limited time.
